WHO WE ARE?

Hello!

I am Galina Jertsalova, the founder and owner of Lapseväli OÜ.

By profession, I am a pharmacist and have been working in the healthcare field for the past 15 years. The last year has been spent at home raising a child. From an early age, I have been also interested in psychology, so in 2017 year I went to study constellations.

From constellations to setting up a business

The name of the company “Lapseväli” came from one of the principles of constellations – everything that surrounds a person or the field around them, affects them and the person can choose how to react to what is happening. The company’s slogan “Your child, your choice” was born from this idea. As a parent, you are the most important person in your little one’s life, through whom he or she learns about the world, and your child’s wellbeing depends largely on your choices. I am interested in the Montessori and Waldorf teachings, which treat the child as an adult, offering him or her developmental activities that support and teach independence. 

My team – My family

In addition to myself, my husband is also part of the Lapseväli team with his IT knowledge implementing the technical side of the ideas. He is a web developer who can handle complex tasks. However, the most important person in our company is our daughter Diljara, who was the inspiration for starting the company to solve the problem of overloading toys and other children’s items at home.

Lapseväli OÜ offers the possibility to rent toys and other children’s products. 

We aim to make parents’ work easier and children’s games more interesting. Our mission is to save you time, money and space at home. Almost 90% of our assortment is purchased second-hand supporting sustainability.

You can also contribute by donating or selling your old toys or children’s items to us for rent.
