Instructions for returning rented items
The Goods must be in the same package and in the same quantity as when they were received. Items are considered lost if they are not returned to the Rentor within 3 (three) days from the end of the Rental Period. Items are returned in several different ways depending on which delivery was chosen by the Renter:
1.Free return to the place if the package was received by courier.
- Free return is included in the courier price in Tallinn and Harju County.
2.Free return to the pickup location.

The renter brings the Items himself to the address Aiandi 8/1, Mustamäe district, Tallinn, Harju, 12915.
- The time of delivery is agreed in advance by phone +372 51909269 or by email galina@lapsevali.ee
3.Free PIN return if the package was received by a parcel machine.
The renter uses the return code specified in the message and e-mail when receiving the package.
Omniva

Parcel notification by text or e-mail usually also includes a return code. This will allow you to retune the parcel free either through any parcel terminal or postal office.

The Omniva return code is valid for 14 calendar days. NB! After the expiration of this term, a new barcode must be issued, and the Renter does it himself and pays for it himself!

Returned parcel must have its address card attached. If you are returning the parcel via parcel terminal, the terminal will print out a new address card. Attach it to the parcel.
- Return the package to the Tallinn Mustika keskus parcel machine at Karjavälja 4.
Itella Smartpost

If the parcel arrives at a blue parcel locker, it can be returned through Smartpost’s blue parcel lockers anywhere in Estonia with the same door code that was used to receive the parcel. If you wish, you can also return the parcel from a white parcel locker, in which case the return must be executed through the smartpost.ee self-service using the parcel’s barcode.

If the parcel arrives at a white parcel locker or parcel point, the parcel must be executed throuht the smartpost.ee self-service using the parcel’s barcode. by selecting a preferred parcel locker (blue or white).

Itella Smartpost return code is valid for 30 calendar days.

Return the package to Tallinna Mustika Prisma parcel machine at Tammsaare tee 116.
DPD

Parcel notification by text or e-mail usually also includes a return PIN-code.or QR-code.

DPD return code is valid for 100 calendar days.

With PIN-code or QR-code, you can print a return label from any suitable DPD parcel machine, add it to the parcel and send the parcel back.

Return the parcel to the Tallinn Mustika keskus parcel machine at Karjavälja 4.
4.Paid return

In the event that none of the free return options described above is suitable, the Rentee may return the package at his own expense using any courier service of his choice. The parcel must be issued in accordance with the requirements of the service provider and sent to Lapseväli OÜ at Aiandi 8/1–8, Mustamäe, Tallinn, Harju, 12915

If the validity period of the return code has expired, the Rentee can return the parcel at his own expense, using the service of any parcel machine of his choice. The parcel must be issued in accordance with the requirements of the service provider and sent through Omniva or DPD parcel machines to the parcel machine of Tallinna Mustika keskus at Karjavälja 4 or through the Itella Smartpost parcel machine to Tallinna Mustika Prisma parcel machine at Tammsaare tee 116.
NB! Submission of a transport order is not considered to terminate the Rental.
